Financial Support with Childcare Costs

Tax Credits

Families in receipt of Working Family Tax Credit may be able to receive assistance up to 80% of the weekly wrap around childcare costs for children between 11 and 15 years old as we are a registered childcare provider. Families on higher incomes may still receive some assistance through the Child Tax Credit.

Information the Tax Credit Helpline Advisors need to know

1.  Name and Address of Childcare Supplier:

2.  Registration Number:
You will need to give them our DFES number which is 4073

3.  The Total Weekly Cost of B-Free
Add up all of the sessions whether 1 session a week or full-time, all they need is the total.

4.  The Week the sessions will start
For students joining us the first day back at school the week is Wednesday 6th September.

Childcare Vouchers

If your employer offers childcare vouchers as a way of contributing toward your childcare costs for young people up to 16 years of age -  using a Tax Free and NI free allowance – please contact us as we can now accept this form of payment.
