Email - Student & Staff Remote Access

The Venerable Bede School Email is now available. This means that Staff & Students in years 10 and 11 can access their school Email accounts from home.

Information on how to do this, can be found in the user manual below.

In order to check your email from home you will have to submit a request to have your network account enabled for Email (Parents must sign and return the consent form before students will be given access to email facilities).

Logging onto your Email

Select Outlook Web Access above

When you are prompted by the Email Gateway, you must enter the authorization name followed by your School Network username and password. If you do not know your login details, or have forgotten it, you must visit the ICT Support to have your account reset. If you suspect another Student knows your password, it is your responsibility to have your password changed as soon as possible. The more complex your password, the less chance of someone else guessing it.

Network Usage Terms and Conditions

Use of the School's Network it subject to the Computer Misuse Act 1990, and The Venerable Bede School Acceptable Usage Policy.

Use and access of the School's systems are monitored and logged. Your accessing of The Venerable Bede School Network from home constitutes your acceptance to this policy.
